Selection of an operator to establish, operate and maintain the Category B Lok Seva Kendra at Dolariya, District Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, under a public-private partnership. The operator will provide Lok Seva Kendra services and maintain the facility for a three-year agreement period. Bids are evaluated on the lowest process fee per application, which must be at least Rs. 20.
