Description
ICCR invites bids to revamp, modernize, secure and maintain its Admission to Alumni portal, including technology stack migration, application and scholarship workflows, CMS, integrations, deployment, security audit and post-deployment support. The contract period is 120 days from the work order. Selection is through QCBS with 70% technical and 30% financial weighting.

- Documents required: EMD of INR 45,000 or registration certificate for applicable EMD exemption, Copies of registration, Copy of PAN and GST number as applicable, Tax returns for the last three financial years, Latest Tax/VAT/GST Clearance Certificate or latest tax deposit challan, Certificate that the bidder is neither blacklisted by any Government Department nor has any criminal case registered against the bidder, owner or partners, Copies of award of contracts, Audited statement of account and supporting documents for annual turnover, with turnover figures highlighted, Bank account details for release of payment through Electronic Fund Transfer System, Contact details of the bidder’s representative, Work orders or completion certificates as evidence of relevant experience, Documentary proof of at least 25 certified professionals on payroll, ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 27001:2013 certificate, or applicable CMMI certification, Detailed work plan for website revamping, changes, continuous improvements, monitoring and patching, Detailed implementation schedule identifying activities, milestones, dependencies, deliverables and completion timelines, Escalation matrix and details of complaint registration and redressal mechanism
