About Tenders Agent
Tenders Agent (TendersAgent) is an Indian tender intelligence platform that helps businesses discover, analyse and manage government procurement opportunities. It focuses primarily on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), alongside the Central Public Procurement Portal (eProcure), Indian Railways' IREPS, state and UT portals, and PSU portals including Coal India, NTPC, BHEL and Indian Oil, and uses structured tender data with AI-powered analysis to help businesses identify relevant opportunities, understand eligibility requirements and manage bids.
The platform reads each government procurement portal directly and consolidates every notice into one searchable corpus, refreshed daily. Tenders are classified into a fixed 40-category sector taxonomy and a canonical list of 36 states and union territories, so opportunities stay comparable across portals that use incompatible category schemes of their own.
On top of that corpus, Tenders Agent provides tender search, AI tender analysis, a deterministic eligibility analysis that scores a company's own capability profile against a specific tender, tender recommendations driven by saved interests, deadline alerts, and bid management from discovery through to award.

- GeM (gem.gov.in) — The Government e-Marketplace — central ministries, PSUs and state bodies buying goods and services, as both bids and reverse auctions.
- eProcure (CPPP) (eprocure.gov.in) — The Central Public Procurement Portal: online tendering across central ministries, departments and public sector undertakings.
- CPPP ePublish (eprocure.gov.in/epublish) — Notices central organisations publish without running the bid online — they never appear on the eProcure tender list, so they are the most often missed.
- Coal India (coalindiatenders.nic.in) — Coal India and all nine subsidiaries — BCCL, CCL, ECL, MCL, NCL, SECL, WCL, CIL and NEC — on one portal.
- Maharashtra (mahatenders.gov.in) — Government of Maharashtra — state departments, municipal corporations, zilla parishads and boards.
- West Bengal (wbtenders.gov.in) — Government of West Bengal — zilla parishads, municipal corporations, public health engineering and state departments.
