Description
RailTel invites eligible empanelled or empanelment-applicant partners to propose an AI-driven, GIS-enabled platform for railway route planning, DPR preparation, LiDAR survey and processing, signalling engineering document generation, EDAS Plus integration, and platform customisation. The EOI is for solution and price discovery.

- Documents required: RailTel empanelment letter or empanelment application submitted before the bid submission due date, Certificate of Incorporation/Registration, PAN/TAN and GST registration documents, Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association, Cover letter signed by an authorized signatory as per Annexure 1, Power of Attorney on non-judicial stamp paper of minimum value Rs. 500/- along with Board Resolution, Notarized Affidavit as per Annexure 4, Audited financial statements and ITR certified by CA for the required financial years, with certificate from CA/CS/Cost Accountant with valid UDIN for the last 3 FYs; provisional FY 2025–26 turnover certificate from a CA if audited statements are unavailable, Work Order and Completion Certificate from User Department for similar work, indicating completion date, value and nature of work, Client references and contact details for customers for whom similar projects were executed, Declaration by authorized signatory regarding ineligibility, corrupt or fraudulent practices, or blacklisting, as per Annexure 3, Certificate from Head of HR Department or Group Insurance Certificate confirming at least 30 employees on payroll, Valid ISO 9001 certificate in the name of the bidding entity, All attached Annexures and Forms in Chapter 7, Undertaking to comply with the SLA defined by Indian Railways for the offered service
