Selection of an operator to establish, operate and maintain the Category B Lok Seva Kendra at Kesla, District Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, under a three-year agreement. The selected bidder will provide Lok Seva Kendra services and receive a process fee per application; award is based on the lowest qualifying process fee, subject to a minimum of Rs. 20.
