Selection of an operator to establish, operate and maintain the Lok Seva Kendra at the Collectorate in Bhopal under a public-private partnership. The operator will provide services in accordance with the RFP and SLA for three years. Award is based on the lowest process fee quoted per application, subject to a minimum of Rs. 20.
