Description
AMTRON, on behalf of the Industry 4.0 Innovation Center, invites expressions of interest from individual entities or consortia of up to three members to identify partners for conceptualizing, designing, developing, operationalizing and evolving a sovereign national agentic AI sandbox for industry verticals. This EOI is for market discovery and technical consultation; it does not award work or guarantee pre-qualification for the subsequent open RFP.

- Certifications: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – Information Security Management System (valid certificate where available; otherwise information-security policy, documented controls and signed compliance undertaking), SOC 2 Type II – Independent controls attestation (desirable, not mandatory at EOI stage), ISO/IEC 42001:2023 – Artificial Intelligence Management System (desirable, not mandatory at EOI stage)
- Documents required: Copy of one registration document: RoC Registration Certificate, PAN Card or GST Registration, Self-attested documentary proof of details furnished in the EOI form, EOI response in the prescribed format and annexures, signed by the authorized person, Consortium undertaking signed by all consortium partners, if applicable, Product overview, architecture summary, release records or customer references for AI/ML/GenAI product engineering, Work order, purchase order, client reference, acceptance or go-live records for enterprise AI implementation, Team profiles and signed staffing undertaking, Self-declaration regarding blacklisting/debarment, conflict of interest and land-border country registration, as applicable, Signed undertaking for applicable Indian data-protection requirements, Signed undertaking for IP ownership, source-code handover and sovereign exit, Mandatory technical submittals described in clauses 22.4.1 to 22.4.20
