Work of doing MRI of KCC consumers above 25 KW connections and Solar Power Plants with capacity above 19 KW for one year through an outside agency at EDSD Ghansali and Pratap Nagar in ETL Chamba under ETD Tehri, against the O&M Head.

- Documents required: Valid Class A Electrical Contractor license issued by Uttarakhand State Authority, Experience certificate or work order supporting experience in taking MRI of consumers, Audited balance sheets for the three best financial years out of 2021-22 to 2025-26, Documentary evidence of valid registration with the labour department, income tax, EPF, ESI/GST and other related agencies/departments, Proof of active GST registration, Notarized undertaking on Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper confirming the bidder is not blacklisted or debarred, Offer validity undertaking for 180 days from tender opening on Rs 100 stamp paper with Rs 1 revenue stamp, EMD in the form of BG/DD/FDR/CDR, valid for 180 days from tender opening plus 45 days claim period, Technical schedules and supporting information/brochures, Organizational chart for the works, Curriculum vitae of proposed senior personnel, Names and addresses of proposed sureties for performance security
