Description
Selection of an agency through competitive e-tendering to collect user fees on the specified roads in Madhya Pradesh. The contract is normally for two years and may be extended or reduced until the toll plaza is handed over to another user fee collection agency. Bidders quote an annual remittance; the highest annual remittance is the sole financial evaluation criterion. Minimum net worth must equal 20% of the Annual Potential Collection (APC), with positive net cash accruals in any two of the last three financial years.
