Description
Engagement of a courier agency to transport biological urine and blood samples from designated collection points across India to the National Dope Testing Laboratory in New Delhi under secure, temperature-controlled conditions, with chain-of-custody documentation, tracking, and proof of delivery. Urine samples must be delivered within 96 hours and blood samples within 58 hours. The contract is initially for one year and may be extended based on performance.
