Description
Uttarakhand Transport Corporation invites proposals to select a concessionaire to design, finance, develop, install, operate, maintain and transfer smart citizen toilets, passenger tea utility kiosks and integrated solid waste management centres at approximately nine selected UTC bus stations in Uttarakhand under a DBFOMT model. The concessionaire will fund the project and pay UTC a monthly licence fee and an offered share of advertisement revenue. Selection is based on the highest monthly licence fee offered to UTC.
