Required area is 2000 sq. ft. ± 10% carpet area, preferably on the ground floor with parking, main-road visibility, commercial occupancy approval, and required utilities. Bids are submitted offline in separate technical and price envelopes. Lease deed is to be executed for a minimum period of 10 years.
