Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of one Digital Media Processing Console, including operator training and required statutory clearances. Delivery is required within 15 days to Poonch. The supplied product must have a 3-year warranty.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Product data sheet, Malicious Code Certificate, Manufacturer Authorization Form/Certificate, where applicable, Non Disclosure Declaration Certificate, GST invoice and screenshot of GST portal confirming payment of GST, Undertaking confirming comprehensive warranty compliance, Details of service centres near consignee destinations, ISO 9001 certification, Material Test Certificate, Relevant product certificates, including BIS licence, type test certificate and approval certificates, as applicable, Applicable certificates/test reports
