Description
Indian Army procurement of one DRONE SIMULATION item. Bidder or OEM must have 3 years of relevant experience; past performance must cover 50% of bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years. Bid validity is 180 days. Delivery is required within 15 days to Gurdaspur, Punjab. EMD and ePBG are not required. Reverse auction is enabled, with H1-Highest Priced Bid Elimination.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates like CRAC, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, Copy of PAN Card, Copy of GSTIN, Copy of Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Manufacturer Authorization Form / Certificate, Certificate confirming registered office in India for imported products, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition
