Haridwar Mela Authority invites proposals through the Uttarakhand e-Procurement Portal to select a service provider for providing and operating the temporary Ganga Pavilion for Kumbh 2027 in Haridwar. The scope includes the pavilion structure, stages, gates, furnishings, electrical and air-conditioning equipment, sound and LED systems, and manpower. The service agreement runs from signing through the last date of de-commissioning.
