State Urban Development Agency (SUDA), Government of Jharkhand, invites proposals to select a private concessionaire to design, finance, build, operate and maintain environmentally friendly municipal solid waste processing facilities for Urban Local Bodies. The project is on a zero-tipping-fee basis, with a 20-year concession. Minimum facility capacity is 120 TPD; the document also describes typical processing volumes of approximately 100–150 TPD per site. Bids are selected using Quality Based Selection (QBS).
