Open competitive bidding to select suppliers and conclude framework agreements for supply and installation where ordered of Type A and Type B solid waste management dual bin sets to Assam Gaon Panchayats. Quantities will be determined through supply orders during the framework term. Technically qualified bidders may receive framework agreements; call-offs select the three lowest-ranked holders for each item, with supply at L1 rates and allocation ratios of 50:30:20, or 60:40 when only two are selected.
