Selection of an operator to operate the truck pay-and-park facility on a monthly license-fee basis at the Integrated Industrial Estate Sitarganj. The designated parking plot measures 39752 Sq Mtr. The minimum monthly license fee is Rs 8,50,000 plus GST as applicable, and the license period is five years from signing of the License Agreement.

- Documents required: Completed and signed application form in the prescribed format, Work orders or agreements and experience/completion/performance certificates supporting the required parking facility experience, Chartered Accountant turnover certificate with UDIN, Audited balance sheets for the applicable financial years, Turnover calculation sheet certified by a Chartered Accountant, Undertaking as per Annexure-A-I, Net worth certificate and calculation sheet from a practicing Chartered Accountant with UDIN, Notarized affidavit as per Annexure B confirming the applicant has not been debarred or blacklisted, GST registration certificate, PAN card of the applicant entity, Board resolution authorizing the signatory, for a company, Partnership deed and power of attorney, for a partnership firm or LLP, PAN and Aadhaar of the proprietor, individual, or authorized person, UTR/RTGS/NEFT transaction slips for tender fee and EMD, Self-attested supporting annexures and enclosures
