Ujjain Municipal Corporation invites bids to select a concessionaire to design, finance, build, operate and transfer a 5 TPD footwear waste recycling facility in Ujjain. The concession period is 10 years from COD, with a possible mutually agreed extension of up to five years. The concessionaire bears the capital investment and pays royalty to UMC.
