Selection of a toll operator to collect user fees at Kandra Junction toll plaza, Km 14+850, on the Adityapur-Kandra section of SH-05 in Jharkhand. The contract period is two years or until the plaza is handed over to another collection agency. Bids are evaluated on the highest quoted annual remittance.
