Description
Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation seeks a concessionaire to operate and manage a 70-80 bedded multispecialty hospital at Mogra Village, Andheri East, through the Civic Health collaboration mode. The contract is for 15 years, with an option to extend for another 15 years, for a total of up to 30 years. The estimated annual concession fee is 4653000 INR excluding GST. Bidders must have at least five years of experience operating a multispecialty or superspecialty hospital in India with a minimum capacity of 50 beds, average annual turnover of at least 153300000 INR over the specified three financial years, and net worth of at least 46000000 INR.
