Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation seeks a concessionaire to operate and manage a 45-55 bed multi-specialty hospital at Vikhroli Parksite Hospital, Mumbai, through a civic health collaboration for 15 years, with a provision to extend for a further 15 years. The estimated annual concession fee is INR 14000000 excluding GST. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of hospital operating experience, experience operating a multi-specialty or super-specialty hospital in India with at least 50 beds, average annual turnover of INR 102200000 over the specified three financial years, and net worth of INR 30700000.
