Description
Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation seeks a concessionaire to operate and manage a 15-20 bedded multispecialty hospital at the Maternity Home and Dispensary site in Khar West, Mumbai, through the Civic Health collaboration mode. The contract is for 15 years, with provision for a further 15-year extension, for a total possible period of 30 years. Estimated annual concession fee is INR 2612000 excluding GST.
