Selection of an operator to establish, operate and maintain the Category A Lok Seva Kendra at Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, under a public-private partnership. The operator will provide services to applicants, maintain the facility and deploy the required staff and counters. The agreement period is three years. Bids are evaluated on the lowest process fee per application, which must be at least Rs. 20.
