Description
Selection of an operator to establish, operate and maintain the Category A Lok Seva Kendra at Seoni Malwa, District Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, under a public-private partnership. The operator will provide services to applicants, maintain the facility and comply with the prescribed service-level agreement. The agreement period is three years. Bids are evaluated on the process fee per application, with the lowest qualifying fee selected; the minimum process fee is Rs. 20.
