Description
Open tender to empanel up to three IRDAI-registered general insurance companies to provide Group Personal Accident Insurance coverage to eligible Indian seafarers under SWFS. Bids are evaluated using QCBS; bidders quote premium per ₹1,00,000 sum insured. Empanelment is for three years, with a possible extension of up to two years.

- Documents required: Certificate of Incorporation, IRDAI Licence or Registration Certificate, PAN Certificate, GST Registration Certificate, Declaration by Authorized Signatory confirming the bidder is not insolvent, bankrupt, under liquidation or receivership, Declaration in prescribed format confirming the bidder is not blacklisted, debarred or declared ineligible, Declaration in prescribed format regarding conflict of interest, IRDAI Annual Reports or certificate from Statutory Auditor/Company Secretary for average claims settlement ratio, Latest Audited Financial Statements or certificate from Statutory Auditor confirming solvency ratio, Client Certificate, Work Order, Policy Schedule, Completion Certificate or other documentary evidence of Group Personal Accident Insurance coverage, Self-certification and supporting evidence demonstrating availability of online enrolment, policy servicing, grievance redressal and claims management systems, Technical Bid forms and supporting documents specified in the RFB, Financial Bid in the prescribed BOQ format, EMD or prescribed exemption declaration and supporting documents, where applicable
