Description
Expression of Interest to shortlist agencies for renovating and upgrading the GGSIPU Dwarka Campus swimming pool and operating and maintaining it under a PPP/ROT model. The selected agency will fund the renovation, obtain required licences, operate the facility, and share revenue under terms to be invited at a subsequent RFP stage. The concession period is seven years, with a possible extension of up to two years.
