Description
The Cotton Corporation of India Ltd., Bathinda invites applications from non-modern ginning and pressing factories for center-wise registration and empanelment for Cotton Season 2026–27 at Bathinda, Tapa, or Maur. Registered factories will undergo a physical survey; only factories found qualified will be invited to submit financial bids. Final engagement will be based on financial bid results. Factories must be within the jurisdiction of the relevant APMC. EMD is ₹50,000, with an exemption for eligible registered micro and small enterprises submitting a valid MSE certificate.
