Description
Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission invites applications from manufacturers registered on the Government of India DBT portal for empanelment of agricultural machinery for community-level procurement. Applications must include an empanelment security of Rs. 50,000 by demand draft, valid for at least three years. Empanelment is valid for three years, and machinery must meet the stated testing or BIS certification requirements.

- Documents required: Duly filled application form, Covering letter in the format at Annexure 1, Original letter of authorization for the authorized signatory on non-judicial stamp paper of minimum Rs. 100 in the format at Annexure 2, List of agricultural machinery for empanelment and rates at Annexure 3, Copy of PAN and GST registration certificate of the manufacturer, Copy of manufacturer registration certificate, EM Part II acknowledgement from DIC, certificate from Ministry of Industry & Commerce, Udyam registration, or equivalent, Copy of proof of registration on the DBT portal, Copies of test reports for each agricultural machinery model issued by an FMTTI, Government of India or approved testing Centre, and applicable BIS certificate as the case may be, List of dealers and service centres in Assam with addresses and contact numbers, Copies of PAN, GST registration and trade licence of authorized dealers in Assam, Signed and accepted Terms & Conditions for Empanelment
