- Providing services for Running and operation of 8 no pumps installed in sector-23 colony as per the requirement / directions of site in- charge. The scope of work also induces- Priming of pump sets with water. oiling. greasing, Gland filling, Cleaning of impeller, non-return valves, Operation Of sluice valves, Replacement of coupling bolts, Cleaning of jali /strainer of suppressible sewerage disposal pump. Handling of small electric problems such as replacement of fuses, making of connections of electric motors etc. Replacement of motor pump with the standby motor pump including transportation of replaced motor pump to HPGCL store and reserve pump to site whenever required The logbook shall be maintained for each pump Pump Operator (Semi-Skilled) — Qty: 24 Per Month
- Providing services for Cleaning/sweeping of roads of sector-23 colony including berms (approximate area 12000 Sqm), non-residential buildings such as pump house. chowkidar post. civil complaint centre etc. Collection of household malba, garbage/decayed vegetation/kurakarkat from internal lines, mains, sub mains and other areas of colony and its disposal at a designated place outside the not objectionable to MCF. Keeping the colony sewer Ines in running condition by removal of clogging due to sludge/silt etc from lines and manholes either manually or with the help of sucker tanker/pumps etc. Cleaning of internal system of house viz floor trap, gulley traps, WC, RWP and inspection chamber by removal Of sludge/silt etc for smooth running of system. Services for running of storm water line and cleaning/removal of earth or silt from manholes in all whenever required. Cleaning of roof tops of building, park/ground and carrying out labour oriented miscellaneous works such as digging, shifting — Qty: 96 Per Month
