Description
Expression of Interest to select an operating partner to set up, operate and hand over an Advanced Skill Training Centre for Beauty & Wellness at Bodhjungnagar, Agartala, under a Build-Operate-Transfer model. The centre is expected to admit 200 candidates in each of two years, with programmes lasting 10 to 12 months. The engagement is for two years from agreement signing and continues until Year 2 candidates complete training, assessment and post-placement tracking and handover is complete; DSD may extend it.
