Description
Engagement of an Education Service Provider to implement a 4 to 6 weeks overseas internship programme for approximately 48 undergraduate science students under the Chief Minister’s Green Fellowship Programme 2026-27. The provider will arrange university placements, travel, insurance, visas, food, accommodation, medical facilities, and student safety and security. Selection uses a 70:30 technical-financial QCBS process.

- Documents required: Registration certificate under competent authority of Government of Assam, DIPP Certificate from Government of India, Incumbency Certificate or proof of existence of an office in Assam, Work orders, Work Completion Certificates and copies of executed MoUs for similar work, Partnership Agreements, MoUs or Agreements for Collaboration with foreign institutions or universities, Affidavit confirming the firm has not been blacklisted or debarred, CA-certified Turnover Certificate, Organization profile including office location and contact details, List of key personnel, qualifications and experience, List of supporting staff, GST Registration certificate, IT Returns for last 3 years, PAN Card, Partnership Deed, if applicable, Power of Attorney, if applicable, Proposed overseas universities/institutions, internship areas and probable student placement details, Detailed execution plan for the fellowship/internship, Student safety and security plan and orientation plan, Technical bid evaluation supporting documents, including incorporation/registration certificate, balance sheets and Profit & Loss accounts, work orders and completion certificates, MoUs/AoCs, and certified internship programme reports, Proof of online EMD deposition, Proof of online tender processing fee deposition
