Description
Procurement of one COTS software item for Signal Units, with delivery to Leh within 45 days. The bid is reserved for Class-I local suppliers with a minimum 50% local content requirement. EMD is marked not required in the GeM bid details, while buyer-added terms separately state an EMD of 5% of project cost with no rupee amount specified.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance evidence, Bidder turnover evidence, Certificate requested in ATC, OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover evidence, Additional Doc 1 requested in ATC, Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document from seller, Supporting documents for any claimed exemption from experience or turnover criteria, Audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant turnover certificate, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates, OEM certificate stating local content percentage and locations of local value addition, Bidder undertaking that it is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, Bank-certified EFT Mandate, Product data sheet, Malicious Code Certificate, OEM authorization form/certificate, where applicable, Non Disclosure Declaration Certificate on bidder letterhead, Certificate of registered office in India for imported products, Dedicated/toll-free service support telephone number details, Service support escalation matrix, ISO 9001 certificate, Relevant BIS licence, type test, approval and other prescribed certificates, OEM warranty certificate, Details of service centres near consignee destinations, Proof of past experience/project experience, OEM net worth evidence, Undertaking regarding debarment/blacklisting, Country of origin and equipment/component details, OEM life certificate for equipment, OEM-signed undertaking certifying parts, hard disk and memory are original, EPEAT Gold India certificate, Certificate for the specified operating system, GeM rating and zero-suspension evidence for bidder and OEM
