Description
Procurement of one set of Geneasis software from Applied Spectral Imaging (ASI) or its authorized partners, including supply, installation, testing, commissioning and operator training. Delivery is required within 45 days at ACTREC, Navi Mumbai.

- Documents required: Experience criteria evidence: relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates, Past performance evidence: relevant contracts proving supply of 80% of bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years, Bidder turnover evidence for the last three years: certified audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate, Income Tax Return acknowledgements for the last 3 years, Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet for the last 3 years, PAN card, GST registration certificate, Technical compliance sheet, Completed technical specifications and compliance details, EMD receipt, EMD demand draft, or applicable MSME/NSIC/Startup registration certificate, Technical catalogue, brochure, literature and specification sheet, with product image or drawing, OEM authorization certificate, Make in India certificate stating local content percentage and value-addition locations, Notarized affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 and on letterhead, Disclosure of existing customers in India, Signed and stamped GeM tender document, Declaration of country of origin and local content bifurcation, Compliance declaration under O.M. F.7/10/2021-PPD dated 23/02/2023, in the prescribed format, Vendor code creation documents: PAN card, GSTIN, cancelled cheque and bank-certified EFT mandate, Product data sheet, Undertaking that bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or bankruptcy, OEM warranty certificate at delivery, Details of service centres near consignee destinations, Signed Integrity Pact, Tender Document Checklist (Part I), Documents supporting any claimed exemption from experience or turnover criteria
