Supply of 80 kg of mineral mixtures for sheep and goat feeds to 297 Coy ASC (Sup) Type C, Haridwar. Delivery is required within 15 days. Bidder must have 3 years of relevant experience and meet the 50% past-performance requirement. EMD and ePBG are not required. Reverse auction and Make in India and MSE purchase preferences apply.

- Documents required: Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC to support supply of same or similar category products during each required financial year, Copies of relevant contracts proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year, Certificate requested in ATC, Additional Doc 1 requested in ATC, Additional Doc 2 requested in ATC, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if exemption is sought, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, if claiming Make in India purchase preference, Valid Udyam Certificate and relevant documentary evidence, if claiming MSE purchase preference, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Advance sample of VM Feed to be forwarded to the depot before opening of the technical bid
