Request for proposals to establish, operate and maintain the Lok Seva Kendra at Berasia, Bhopal, under a public-private partnership for a three-year agreement period. The selected operator will provide Lok Seva Kendra services in accordance with the prescribed SOP and service-level agreement. Award is based on the lowest process fee per application, which must be at least Rs. 20.
