Description
Expression of Interest to identify a lead industry partner to establish and operate a Precision Engineering Lab at TN-WISH, Government ITI Ambattur, under PPP mode. The partner will supply, install, commission and maintain machinery, tools, hardware, software and equipment, and collaborate on training, curriculum, certification and placement. The EoI requires a Detailed Project Report; commercial bids will be invited separately at the RFP stage.

- Documents required: PAN certificate, GST Registration Certificate, Audited Annual Reports, Work Orders or Client References evidencing 5+ years of operations in Precision Engineering, Copy of MoA or Agreement with relevant Government institution along with Completion Certificate or performance report, Training records, certificates issued, or certification from Head of the Institution, CA-certified audited financial statements for the last 3 years, including audited balance sheets and audited profit and loss statements, UDIN-verified CA Certificate certifying average annual turnover, Parent or Promoter Company audited annual reports for the last 3 financial years, UDIN-verified CA Certificate, and Board Resolution or Undertaking of Financial Support, if applicable, Audited financial statements evidencing positive net worth, OEM authorization certificates, dealer/reseller agreements, or OEM letters, Self-declaration in prescribed Form 1 on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100, Letter of Intent with at least 3 manufacturing or engineering companies for internship and/or placement support, Scanned copy of online EMD transaction statement or Electronic Bank Guarantee, Detailed Project Report
