Description
The Government of Jharkhand invites bids from travel agencies for hiring air-conditioned taxis of various types for Jharkhand Bhawan, Vasant Vihar, and New Jharkhand Bhawan, Bangla Sahib Road, New Delhi. The contract is for two years, extendable by two one-year terms subject to performance review. Bidders must have at least four years of government fleet-operation experience, including two years at a state bhawan in Delhi, and meet the stated fleet, turnover, work-completion, and solvency requirements.

- Documents required: Proof of registration as a travel agency/company; proprietorship declaration on notarized non-judicial stamp paper, partnership registration, or company registration documents as applicable, Valid PAN and tax registration documents, Minimum two work completion certificates, each for a minimum of INR 50 lacs, CA-certified turnover certificate with auto-generated UDIN, Vehicle registration certificates and documents showing valid insurance, fitness, permit, road tax, and pollution certificates for at least 15 commercially registered vehicles, Proof of minimum four years' government fleet-operation experience, including at least two years in a state bhawan located in Delhi, Valid bank solvency certificate for a minimum of INR 30 lacs, Self-declaration that the firm/company has not been blacklisted, Attested service contracts and work orders showing the required fleet-operation experience, Income tax returns with computation of income for financial years 2023-2024, 2024-2025, and 2025-2026, Certified financial statements, including balance sheet and profit and loss statement, Undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- agreeing to abide by the tender conditions, List of vehicles with registration, model year, registration date, owner, and validity details for permit, fitness, road tax, insurance, and pollution certificate, List of drivers with valid driving licence numbers, Declaration on company/firm letterhead that drivers are of good character and police-vetted
