Description
The Consulate General of India, Birmingham invites sealed bids from eligible UK-registered companies for garden maintenance at the Head of Post’s and other Consulate Officers’ residences. Services include garden upkeep, mowing, watering, trimming, pest control, organic waste disposal, and provision of one gardener and required tools. The initial contract is for one year, extendable year to year for up to two additional years based on satisfactory performance. Financial bids are evaluated by hourly rate, with award to the lowest technically qualified bidder.
