Description
Manpower-based horticulture maintenance service for ICAR-NIHSAD, Bhopal, covering general plant maintenance including mowing, strimming, laying, sweeping, watering and weeding. The requirement includes 1 supervisor, 3 semi-skilled personnel and 14 workers/laborers for a 24-month contract. Bidder minimum average annual turnover is Rs. 25 lakh; EMD and ePBG are not required. A 5% performance security deposit is required from the successful bidder.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Scanned copy of Registration Certificate of the firm as per Indian Companies Act, 1956 or Indian Partnership Act, 1932, Scanned copy of License under the Contract Labour (Registration & Abolition) Act, 1970, Scanned copies of EPF and ESI Certificate issued by the local Government, Scanned copy of valid registration certificate issued by National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC/MSME), if applicable, Scanned copy of experience documents for 3 years during the last 5 years in providing housekeeping work services, Scanned copy of audited balance sheets demonstrating minimum annual turnover of Rs. 25,00,000 during each of the last three years, Scanned copies of Income Tax and service tax registration certificates/GST registration, Scanned copy of audited balance sheet for the last financial year by the Chartered Accountant, MSME certificate uploaded on GeM to claim experience exemption, Startup certificate uploaded on GeM to claim turnover exemption, Undertaking regarding non-blacklisting during the last three years, attested by a Notary on Rs. 500 non-judicial stamp paper, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings
