One-year horticulture maintenance service contract for the ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Sanathnagar, covering garden, lawn, field, nursery and park maintenance. The service includes consumables and maintenance of 500 potted plants across 4646 sq.m. Estimated bid value is Rs. 21,50,000. The contract may be extended for one more year subject to satisfactory performance and mutual consent.
