Description
Hiring of insulated road milk tankers with approximate capacity of 10,000–12,000 litres (approximately 10 tonnes) to transport milk from BMCs, MCCs, other milk unions and hired plants to Verka Ludhiana Dairy. Approximately 50 vehicles are required; the number may increase or decrease. Bidders may apply for up to three vehicles. The agreement is initially for two years and may be extended by one year by mutual consent.

- Documents required: EMD amount for each tanker, Copy of RC Book/Form No. 24 for each tanker, Copy of insurance certificate for each tanker, Copy of permit suitable for milk transportation for each tanker, Copy of road tax for each tanker, Copy of valid route permit for each tanker, if required, Details for tankers list, Copy of pollution certificate for each tanker, Copy of PAN card, Copy of identity proof (Ration Card, Aadhaar Card, Election Commission ID card or Passport), Copy of deed/agreement of sole owner, partner of a firm or sole proprietor of company, Past experience certificates, if any, Copy of FSSAI registration, if available; otherwise to be provided within 30 days of issue of LOI, Affidavit/self-declaration that the tenderer has not been blacklisted by any affiliated Government/Government undertaking, Technical bid documents, including registration documents, insurance policy, valid driving licences of drivers and valid route permits
