Description
HIL (India) Limited invites manufacturers to operate and utilize its Rasayani Unit facilities for contract manufacturing of agrochemicals, water-soluble fertilizers, biopesticides, biofertilizers, micronutrients and allied agricultural inputs under the HIL brand. The initial pilot period is six months from handover, with possible extensions of three years and a further two years. This EOI stage evaluates technical credentials; commercial bids will subsequently be invited from empaneled parties, with the highest HIL margin qualifying.

- Documents required: Certificate of incorporation, partnership deed, or other relevant proof of applicant constitution, PAN card, Valid manufacturing licenses for applicable product categories, Valid selling license and State sale permission with FCO registration, as applicable, CIB&RC registration certificates for agrochemicals and biopesticides, as applicable, FCO registration certificates for fertilizers, biofertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers and micronutrients, as applicable, Work orders, contracts, agreements, completion certificates or performance certificates proving relevant experience, Consent to Operate document from the State Pollution Control Board, ISO certificates, if held, CA-certified production capacity certificate with UDIN and date, Audited or provisional balance sheets for the last three years, certified by CA with UDIN and date, Declaration on stamp paper that the firm is not blacklisted, GST Registration Certificate for Maharashtra, Latest audited balance sheet certified by CA with UDIN and date as proof of positive net worth, Details of plant and machinery, laboratory equipment and technical personnel, including qualifications and experience, Site Inspection Certificate issued by HIL, Income Tax returns for the last three years, GST 3B returns for the last six months, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings, Notarized affidavit on Rs. 500 non-judicial stamp paper confirming the bidder has never been blacklisted, delisted or debarred, Joint Venture Agreement, if bidding as a JV
