Description
Expression of Interest to identify a lead industry partner to establish and operate an Advanced Automobile Technology Lab at Government ITI Ambattur, Chennai, under the TN-WISH initiative and Public Private Partnership mode. The partner will provide and maintain equipment, develop and deliver training, and support placements. Commercial bids will be invited separately at the RFP stage.

- Documents required: PAN certificate, GST Registration Certificate, Audited Annual Reports / Work Orders / Client References evidencing 5+ years of operations in Advanced Automobile Technology, Copy of MoA / Agreement with relevant Government institution along with Completion Certificate or performance report, Training records, certificates issued, or certification from Head of the Institution, Audited Balance Sheets, Audited Profit & Loss Statements, UDIN-verified CA Certificate certifying average annual turnover, Audited Annual Reports (last 3 FYs) for Parent / Promoter Company, if applicable, UDIN-verified CA Certificate for Parent / Promoter Company, if applicable, Board Resolution / Undertaking of Financial Support, if applicable, Audited financial statements evidencing net worth, Authorization certificates, dealer/reseller agreements, or OEM letters, Self-declaration in prescribed Format (Form 1) on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/-, Letter of Intent (LoI) with at least 3 companies for internship and/or placement support, Scanned copy of online transaction statement towards EMD or Electronic Bank Guarantee (e-BG)
