Description
Expression of Interest to identify a lead industry partner to establish and operate a Commercial Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Lab at TN-WISH, Government ITI Ambattur, under a public-private partnership. The partner will provide and maintain lab equipment, develop and deliver training, and support placements. Commercial bids will be invited separately at the RFP stage.

- Documents required: Certificate of Incorporation or registration and GST Registration Certificate, PAN certificate, Audited Annual Reports, work orders, or client references evidencing at least 5 years of relevant operations, Copy of MoA or agreement with a government institution and completion certificate or performance report for a similar lab or training centre project, Training records, certificates issued, or certification from the Head of the Institution evidencing training of at least 1000 candidates in the last 5 years, Audited Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements for the last 3 financial years, UDIN-verified CA certificate certifying average annual turnover, Audited financial statements evidencing the required net worth, OEM authorization certificates, dealer/reseller agreements, or OEM letters, Non-blacklisting/non-debarment self-declaration in Form 1 on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper, Letter of Intent with at least 3 companies for internship and/or placement support, Scanned online EMD transaction statement or Electronic Bank Guarantee, Detailed Project Report (DPR)
