Vizhinjam International Seaport Limited invites expressions of interest from private developers, logistics operators, warehousing companies, investors and consortia to develop, operate and maintain a Container Freight Station and Empty Container Yard near Vizhinjam International Seaport. This EoI is intended to assess market interest and inform a possible subsequent RFP.

- Documents required: Covering letter on the applicant's letterhead, Applicant details and consortium details where applicable, Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, and PAN / GST registration (or foreign equivalents), Details of relevant experience with supporting documents such as completion certificates, client letters or approvals, Audited financial statements for the last three financial years, with a Chartered Accountant's certificate of turnover and net worth, Conceptual proposal of not more than 10 pages, Power of attorney authorising the signatory, Declaration and undertaking, Memorandum of Understanding or consortium agreement setting out roles and responsibilities, where applicable, Board resolution or letter of commitment supporting credentials of parent company, subsidiary or affiliate, where applicable
