Description
RCF invites reputed traders to apply for empanelment to supply fertilizers and fertilizer raw materials in bulk under a non-binding MOU for one year. Quantities will be communicated shipment by shipment, and prices will be sought separately for each requirement. Products must meet applicable Indian Fertiliser (Control) Order specifications.

- Certifications: Registration with the Competent Authority under the applicable GFR Rule 144(xi) notification, where applicable
- Documents required: Worldwide list of customers, including customers in India, supplied fertilizer products during the last 7 years including the current financial year, specifying quantity supplied, Bill of Lading or invoice evidence of bulk fertilizer supplies into India for at least 2 years during the last 7 years including the current financial year, with each shipment quantity of minimum 20,000 MT +/-10%, Financial statement or annual report showing positive net worth for the last financial year, Self-certification by CEO, Director or Marketing Head that fertilizers supplied in India have not been declared non-standard by CFQC&IT or its regional laboratories in the last 7 years, Acceptance of all terms and conditions of the NIT, Process compliance statement for e-tendering, signed by an authorized person, Signed and stamped NIT and GTC, Bidder details on company letterhead, Signed and stamped Integrity Pact, Declaration that the bidder is not blacklisted or on holiday by PSUs, Registration certificate for bidders from countries sharing a land border with India, where applicable
