Description
Empanelment of agricultural input manufacturers, authorized agencies and dealers to supply quality agricultural inputs to Coconut Development Board-identified Coconut Farmers Clusters in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Maharashtra during 2026-27. Applicants must have at least 7 years of relevant experience. The estimated value is Rs. 27.72 crore; EMD is 2% of the supply value and successful bidders must provide a 5% refundable security deposit.

- Documents required: Documentary evidence of at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing and marketing agricultural inputs, Proof of registered office address in the respective state, email ID and mobile number, Company or industry registration certificate, PAN and GST registration certificates, Valid state-level trade licence for applicable fertilizers, insecticides, seeds, bio-fertilizers and bio-pesticides, Valid manufacturing licence certificate, if the bidder is a manufacturer or producer, Valid agency or dealership certificate from the original manufacturer, if the bidder is an authorized agency or dealer, Notarized affidavit authorizing an agent or dealer to participate and quote rates on behalf of the manufacturer, Product CIB registration, technical specifications, product registration details and State Agriculture/Horticulture University recommendations, Brand name, specifications and warranty details, ISO or equivalent certification details, if any, Notarized affidavit stating the company has not been blacklisted during the previous three years, Product profile, Documentary evidence of manpower and transport arrangements, Documentary evidence of credentials and experience in the field, Proof of payment of tender document fee, Proof of EMD payment, Notarized affidavit confirming the bidder has not been blacklisted during the previous three years
