Description
Empanelment of eligible security agencies to provide security guards and, as required, gunmen for the Gwalior Vyapar Mela, events and office arrangements. The mela period is one year. The estimated requirement is approximately 30 guards during the mela and approximately 7 guards during the remaining 10 months; actual deployment is subject to separate written work orders and no minimum work or payment is guaranteed. Bidders must quote their service charge as a percentage, not less than 1%.

- Documents required: Aadhaar card of the bidder (proprietor/partner/director), Valid PSARA licence under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005, PAN card of the firm/proprietor, GST registration, GST returns for March 2024, March 2025 and March 2026, Balance sheets for financial years 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24, Income tax returns for financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, No-dues certificate issued by the Secretary, Gwalior Vyapar Mela Pradhikaran, Agency-wise annual details for the previous three financial years of security guards supplied, including client department/institution and work experience, with client-issued certificates, Proof of supplying at least 20 security guards in each of the previous three years, Chartered Accountant certificate and supporting financial records for annual turnover in the previous three financial years, Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 500 confirming the agency is not blacklisted or debarred, Documents demonstrating compliance with applicable labour laws, minimum wages, EPF, ESI and other statutory requirements, Police verification documentation for security guards, Proof of security training for guards, Scanned copies of all required documents uploaded online
