Description
Open tender for hiring six unarmed local security guards to provide round-the-clock security at the Embassy of India premises and the Embassy of India Residence in Praia, Cabo Verde. The initial contract period is two years, with a possible one-year extension on the same terms and rates, subject to satisfactory service.

- Documents required: Undertaking in the format at Annexure A, Technical Bid Proforma in the format at Annexure B, Financial Bid Proforma in the format at Annexure C, Bid Securing Declaration in the format at Annexure D, Letter of Bid in the format at Annexure E, Company registration certificate and license for the services, Copies of contracts or certificates evidencing security services provided to Government, Semi Government, Autonomous Body, Foreign Diplomatic Missions, or International Organizations, Testimonials or client letters/certificates, Medical fitness certificates for the security guards provided, Proof of vetting of security guards by the concerned Cabo Verde department, Police and/or Ministry of Justice, Proof of company registration under relevant statutory regulations of Cabo Verde, Complete signed tender document with signature and seal on every page, Copy of authorization for the authorized person signing on behalf of the bidding company
